Very interesting report and an issue that we HAVE to address this year. BYOD needs to be locked down.
Malware attacks up by like 185% - and I'm sitting here downloading any cool app I see (w/o a password). Yeah, I guess it's safe to say I might be an issue for my agency too.
This is a big deal. Which agency will land in the Post this year for a security breach on their smartphone?
Thanks. Think the productivity angle is important to pull out here and keep in mind - this is why we need to lock down the security issues.
We see this in every company we do business with. The " Lock down" should be considered as a priority for those who want to safe guard their content and the internal social interactions. No one ( USERS) wants two devices to deal with. It the tools we use to build content and issues like online vs. available when not connected. Therefore the "downloaded" content becomes a threat. Its easier to safe guard content with a secure connection ( Banking Industry ) . Looking forward to this call ! David
